Wedding Celebrations: Marry in a Castle

Weddings at Augill give you the peace of mind of knowing the castle is entirely yours with all the essential elements you need for a celebration included in one price.
Exclusive use of the castle, available for a minimum of for TWO nights for up to 28 guests is £12,600. For 2012 this includes...
- flowers in the hall and for the registrar's table
- afternoon tea on arrival day
- champagne reception & canapes OR house wine with dinner on your first night
- dinner with a menu designed just for you
- over night accommodation in fourteen en-suite bedrooms
- leisurely banquet breakfasts
- all day tea and coffee
- Personally designed Wedding breakfast including canapes
- Up to ten children (Under 12s) can be accommodated at no extra cost. Teenagers are counted as adults.
Our rate is for hire of the castle and not per person as there is no reduction for under occupancy.
The minimum stay for a wedding on these terms is two nights. Call us if you wish to discuss a one night mid-week (not including a Friday or Saturday) package.
We can also offer further inclusive packages to include extra nights, a full bar or wine and beer, specific activities such as days out, adventure days, golf or even abseiling the tower.

To confirm a wedding we require a £1000 non returnable deposit. The balance of the wedding is payable two calendar months in advance.
Cancellation charges in addition to your deposit will apply to bookings cancelled within eight weeks of the date of the wedding.
We do not permit the consumption of your own alcohol and a corkage charge at our discretion will be levied on any alcoholic beverages brought onto the premises.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the Bride & Groom to make all legal arrangements with the registrar.
We can help with arranging for third party services to customise your wedding but cannot take any responsibility for the failure of those services and remain responsible only for the provision of accommodation, food and drink.
