MIDDLESMOOR - First floor kingsize antique half tester bed (sleeps 2 adults)
Elegantly decorated in shimmering gold and aqua with a leaded bay window extending the entire width of the room. The bed is dated the same year as the castle was completed. The bathroom is delicately decorated in blue & white with an original nineteenth century corner basin. It's beautiful but Queen Victoria definitely didn't sleep here as, although it's in the middle of the castle, the room didn't actually exist before 1998! We found something very intriguing under the floorboards during renovation though.
